Proofreading

Proofreading improves the readability and clarity of your work. Your mechanic will review your work for typos, grammar and spelling mistakes, dropped words and the like. They will also note continuity or logic issues, inconsistencies and discrepancies.

• Screenplays - $120

• 1 hour Teleplays - $70

• 1/2 hour Teleplays -$40

• Pitches/Treatments - $30

Screenplays over 120 pages may be subject to additional fees.

Proofreading will return on October 22nd, 2023.

Creative Detailing

We get under the hood of your script to address areas such as character, structure, dialogue, theme and genre, and offer up to four pages (depending on the submission type) of detailed, targeted notes on how to strengthen your story. Please note that creative detailing does not include proofreading.

• Screenplays - $250

• 1 hour Teleplays - $160

• 1/2 hour Teleplays -$100

• Pitches/Treatments - $50

Screenplays over 120 pages may be subject to additional fees.

The Works

The Works combines the benefits of proofreading and creative detailing at a lower price than if you were to do them separately, and your work will be read twice.

• Screenplays - $350

• 1 hour Teleplays - $215

• 1/2 hour Teleplays -$120

• Pitches/Treatments - $75
